In the event of any dis\u00adpute aris\u00ading in con\u00adnec\u00adtion with the present con\u00adtract, the par\u00adties under\u00adtake to sub\u00admit their <\/span>dis\u00adpute first to the medi\u00ada\u00adtion pro\u00adce\u00addure pro\u00advid\u00aded for in the Medi\u00ada\u00adtion rules <\/a><\/span>ARIAS France.<\/span><\/p>

If the medi\u00ada\u00adtion pro\u00adce\u00addure fails, the dis\u00adpute will be final\u00adly set\u00adtled by <\/span>one or more arbi\u00adtra\u00adtors in accor\u00addance with ARIAS France arbi\u00adtra\u00adtion rules <\/a><\/span>to which the par\u00adties declare their adher\u00adence. <\/span><\/p>

The Tri\u00adbunal shall rule strict\u00adly in accor\u00addance with the law.<\/span><\/p>

The par\u00adties choose Paris, France as the place of arbi\u00adtra\u00adtion (1).
The lan\u00adguage of arbi\u00adtra\u00adtion <\/span>will be French (1).
The law applic\u00ada\u00adble to the sub\u00adstance of the dis\u00adpute is French law (1).<\/span><\/p>
