Arbitration

Mediation

Medi­a­tion is an alter­na­tive dis­pute res­o­lu­tion method in which the par­ties decide to entrust an inde­pen­dent and impar­tial third par­ty with the task of help­ing them to resolve their dis­pute ami­ca­bly and con­sen­su­al­ly. The solu­tion is not imposed on the par­ties, who must accept it.
