Arbitration

The par­ties are free to choose their arbi­tra­tor, who may or may not be select­ed from the list of arbi­tra­tors approved by ARIAS FRANCE.

For the record, approval is grant­ed by an inde­pen­dent com­mis­sion that exam­ines insur­ance and rein­sur­ance expe­ri­ence, legal skills and knowl­edge of arbi­tra­tion.
