Rep­re­sen­ta­tion of rein­sur­ers in dis­cus­sions with the French Trea­sury and the French super­vi­so­ry author­i­ty on amend­ments to the Insur­ance Code as part of the trans­po­si­tion of the Euro­pean Rein­sur­ance Direc­tive and Sol­ven­cy 2, and with Euro­pean author­i­ties on the Euro­pean Reg­u­la­tion imple­ment­ing S2.
