ARIAS FRANCE is an asso­ci­a­tion gov­erned by the law of 1901. 

ARIAS FRANCE s main mis­sion is to pro­mote alter­na­tive dis­pute res­o­lu­tion meth­ods, in par­tic­u­lar medi­a­tion and arbi­tra­tion, in dis­putes between play­ers in the insur­ance indus­try as a whole and in all its diver­si­ty.
