Membership procedure

Any per­son or com­pa­ny wish­ing to become a mem­ber of’ARIAS FRANCE to sup­port the asso­ci­a­tion’s activ­i­ties and become a medi­a­tor or arbi­tra­tor, must first com­plete the form below.

The appli­ca­tion is then exam­ined by the Board of Direc­tors.

Mem­ber­ship will become effec­tive upon full pay­ment of the cor­re­spond­ing fees.

Mem­ber­ship is a pre­req­ui­site for any appli­ca­tion for inclu­sion on our lists of arbi­tra­tors and medi­a­tors, which is sub­ject to a sep­a­rate pro­ce­dure.

Contribution amounts

Indi­vid­u­als : 150 € INCL. VAT
Retirees, stu­dents, com­pa­ny employ­ees act­ing in a per­son­al capac­i­ty.

Non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tions : 350 € INCL. VAT

Small busi­ness­es (up to 5 peo­ple) : 500 INCL. VAT

Bro­kers, con­sul­tants, experts, lawyers.… whose struc­ture does not include more than 5 peo­ple, or lawyers, con­sul­tants, experts whose firm is not a mem­ber of Cefarea — Arias and act­ing in a per­son­al capac­i­ty.

Large com­pa­nies (more than 5 peo­ple) : 2000€ INCL. VAT
