Fixed fee of €1,250 (max­i­mum 5 hours).

(Over five hours : €250 excl. tax per addi­tion­al hour)

LIGHER AUTHORITIES

1. 1. The open­ing fees are divid­ed between the par­ties but advanced in full by the par­ty mak­ing the claim. In all cas­es, they remain the prop­er­ty of the cen­ter.

   2. A fixed fee of 10 hours will be invoiced to the par­ties from the out­set of the medi­a­tion, revised accord­ing to the medi­a­tor’s dili­gence. The ini­tial fee will be retained in all cas­es.

      The medi­a­tor may request reim­burse­ment of any out-of-pock­et expens­es (exclud­ing sec­re­tar­i­al costs and such as trav­el, trans­la­tion, etc.).

   3. In the event of joint medi­a­tion, the above amounts apply per medi­a­tor.
