1.1 medi­a­tion and arbi­tra­tion under strict law

In the event of any dis­pute aris­ing in con­nec­tion with the present con­tract, the par­ties under­take to sub­mit their dis­pute first to the medi­a­tion pro­ce­dure pro­vid­ed for in the Medi­a­tion rules ARIAS France.

If the medi­a­tion pro­ce­dure fails, the dis­pute will be final­ly set­tled by one or more arbi­tra­tors in accor­dance with ARIAS France arbi­tra­tion rules to which the par­ties declare their adher­ence. 

The Tri­bunal shall rule strict­ly in accor­dance with the law.

The par­ties choose Paris, France as the place of arbi­tra­tion (1).
The lan­guage of arbi­tra­tion will be French (1).
The law applic­a­ble to the sub­stance of the dis­pute is French law (1).

2.1. arbi­tra­tion under strict law

In the event of any dis­pute aris­ing in con­nec­tion with the present con­tract, the par­ties under­take to sub­mit the mat­ter to the courts. first and before any court action is tak­en (with the excep­tion of pre­cau­tion­ary mea­sures) to the medi­a­tion pro­ce­dure as pro­vid­ed for in the ARIAS medi­a­tion rules France.
